Our booking policy.
A card must be placed on file when booking. You will not be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations/ Reschedules: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you are unable to reach your stylist or our front desk, please leave a detailed voicemail stating your name, appointment time and stylist. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior may result in a 100% charge of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.
No Show/ Late: In order to respect the time of our Stylists and other clients, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of the total amount due for services. After 10 minutes past your service time, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no show. Please note that if you arrive 10+ minutes past your appointment time, we may be unable to complete services and no-show fee will still be applied. This is at the stylists discretion.
