Policies

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Locks & Lashes. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.*

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to discuss options with you if you are displeased with your service outcome.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider or failure in product... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by your individual stylist who performed your original service.*

It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service or a consultation.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

Locks & Lashes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Return Policy

We are happy to return any R+Co products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in salon credit will be issued.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us, that's okay! In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you are unable to reach your stylist or our front desk, please leave a detailed voicemail stating your name, appointment time and stylist.

Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a 100% charge of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

Late/ No Show

If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a no-show. If an appointment is marked as a “no show” you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total amount due for services. If you arrive past the 10 minute mark, we may be unable to complete your service and no show fee will still apply (stylists discretion).

Please be advised if you no show on a redo/ corrective appointment we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

Children/ Under 18/ Guests

If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a chemical service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed. We love your kiddos, but please respect our other guests and staff by arranging your appointments around childcare. No child is permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Any guest bringing their child may be asked to reschedule and may be charged a cancellation fee.

Methods of payment

Locks & Lashes accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Cash. Venmo and CashApp not an accepted method of payment. Payment methods may vary by service provider.

Parking

We know that sometime parking in Wyndhurst can be a pain! We do have parking available on our side street (Northwynd Circle). These spots are labeled for 2- hour parking only, do not fret if your service is longer than 2- hours, your car will not be towed. Please do NOT park in the loading dock of Edible Arrangements unless after 5PM or on weekends (please see sign in loading area about legal parking times). There is also additional parking past the salon at the end of our row of buildings (on your left) as well as a parking lot behind the building for your convenience. Handicapped parking is available behind the building with ramp access to the sidewalk.

Privacy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Any CC information collected is protected and cannot/ will not be shared. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
